3. Fax It In

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 434-9154. Once we receive your application we'll call you and make arrangements.

NOTE: Submitting this rental application online is the beginning of the application process.

RENTING vs. BUYING

1.  Deposit

The standard deposit required for move-in is $500 for a 1 BDRM, $550 for a 2 BDRM/2 BA & $600 for a 2 BDRM/2.5 BA.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.

An additional $400 pet deposit will apply.  Breed Restrictions Apply.

Two (2) Gate/Garage Remotes are provided per apartment home.  For each additional remote, we require a separate deposit of $50.

2.  Rents/Lease Terms

Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 6-14 month leases available.

We are a Pet Friendly Community and offer special features for our Residents with pets.  Pet Rents are an additional $30 per dog, per month & $25 per cat, per month.

3. Specials

4. Water / Sewer / Trash

Utilitiy billing accounts (American Utility Management - AUM) are automatically set up for each resident and billed monthly.  Ask your community manager for more details.
